Music Lessons and Classes

Private music lessons in piano, violin, guitar, ukulele, viola, flute, voice, and more are available at the Fairmount Center! Music lessons may begin at any time during the session, pending availability. Music lessons are typically scheduled in 30 minute increments and cost $28 per half-hour music lesson. Students participating in Fairmount Center music lessons are welcome to perform in recitals that are presented in December (culminating our Fall Session) and May (culminating our Winter/Spring Session). The Winter/Spring ’24 Music Recital will be held on May 4, 2024 at the Church of the Western Reserve at 1 & 3pm. Stay tuned for more information!

Registration for Winter/Spring ’24 is ongoing throughout the session. New music students have their first trial lesson for FREE!

Itty Bitty Music: March 5- April 23 from 5:15- 6:15pm. NEW! Sound Art: April 6- 27 from 10am-12pm. Perfect for your student who wants to do both art and music, students ages 8-12 will craft their own instruments using found and made materials, explore the sounds of art, and learn how to visually represent sound and music. On the last day of class, students will get to share and perform for friends and family. No previous music or art experience required! Sign up HERE.
