We’re excited to welcome you to our new Chardon space! With over 5,000 square feet to explore, we’re now offering Open Studios and a limited number of classes, and we’re just getting started.

Chardon City Council has selected Fairmount and A1 Center Holdings LLC’s bid to assume ownership of the Geauga Theater in Chardon. A1 Center Holdings LLC will be taking over ownership, while Fairmount will manage the day-to-day operations of the theater. Restoration efforts are scheduled to begin in January 2027, with a grand opening in June 2027.
