Creative Marketing Associate
The Creative Marketing Associate is primarily responsible for creating compelling graphic design content that supports Fairmount Center for the Arts’ marketing and communications strategy. This role assists the Director of Marketing & Community Relations by designing promotional materials for digital and print platforms, maintaining visual brand consistency, and contributing to the development of campaigns. Additional responsibilities include marketing administration tasks such as content scheduling, asset organization, website updates and maintenance, and attending promotional events.

Youth Dance Instructor
Dance faculty will plan and facilitate group lessons and be present at the end-of-session performances. Knowledge of classroom management techniques, consistent communication, and creating a positive classroom environment that supports student success is essential to this position.
Part-time dance instructors teach during our fall, spring, and summer programs. Hours vary depending on our program schedules and student needs. Additional opportunities for outreach activities available.
We are specifically seeking instructors for early childhood ballet and tap, early childhood creative movement, and/or Beginner-Advanced Ballet.

Front Desk Operations Assistant - Novelty
The Front Desk Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting daily operations and customer service at Fairmount Center for the Arts, including registering students in the ticketing system; answering phones and emails; supporting onsite operations; and assisting with special projects. The Front Desk Operations Assistant also provides key administrative support for the Executive Director and Director of Operations.
