Youth Dance Instructor

Dance faculty will plan and facilitate group lessons and be present at the end-of-session performances. Knowledge of classroom management techniques, consistent communication, and creating a positive classroom environment that supports student success is essential to this position.

Part-time dance instructors teach during our fall, spring, and summer programs. Hours vary depending on our program schedules and student needs. Additional opportunities for outreach activities available.

We are specifically seeking instructors for early childhood ballet and tap, early childhood creative movement, and/or Beginner-Advanced Ballet.

Assistant Director of Operations

The Assistant Director of Operations is primarily responsible for overseeing day-to-day

operations at Fairmount’s Chardon Square facility as well as supporting overall operations

across the organization. This includes customer service, registration and event logistics, rentals,

and facilities management. The Assistant Director of Operations will also be a team lead for the

Operations part-time staff and support overall community relationship building with Chardon

partners.
