It’s numerous modifications create an accessible workout that yogis of any age or skill level can comfortably participate. Yoga is iconically known for helping to reduce stress and anxiety, but it can also reduce your injury risk as it helps to increase your strength and mobility in lesser-used muscle groups. Yoga has also been scientifically proven to aid with osteoporosis, arthritis, low back pain, high blood pressure, and tension headaches among many other common ailments. So what are you waiting for? Grab a mat- or borrow one of ours!- and let’s Vinyasa flow our woes away (well, at least for one hour)!
