Yoga: All-levels yoga practice including breathing exercises,
meditation and a flow of floor and standing postures. Bring a
yoga mat.

Barre Fitness: A fusion of ballet, yoga, pilates, and
strength training. Bring a yoga mat and optional light weights,
gliders, and bender balls.

Deep Relaxation (Virtual): Be guided into a state
of deep relaxation in the comfort of your own home with this
Zoom-only class. Set up in a quiet space with a yoga mat,
blanket, bolster, or pillow.

Line Dancing: Stay fit and learn a variety of line dances in this beginner-friendly format. Join us in the evening, at lunch-time, or both!
