Enrich your student’s art experiences with Fairmount Center’s Homeschool Program

Create and connect with other homeschoolers in Geauga County and surrounding areas! In this program students will explore all the various art forms Fairmount Center has to offer. Our homeschool arts curriculum is developmentally appropriate, built around Ohio’s fine arts learning standards. We follow the prescribed enduring understandings of Creating, Performing, Responding, and Connecting as a guide.

The Fairmount Center Homeschool Programs focus on well rounded arts education

This Winter at The Fairmount Center…

Fine Arts Medley: Ages 5-8 & 9-12, Mondays 10am-3pm. This season our youngest homeschool students will rotate through Fairmount’s four artistic disciplines: Art, Music, Dance, and Theatre. Bring your own snack and lunch. The last week of each session will include a sharing day. All art supplies are provided by Fairmount. Sign up HERE.

NEW! Homeschool Youth Theatre: Ages 7-14, Thursdays 10am-1pm. In this program students will learn theatre basics from stage directions and projection, to physicality and improvisation. The program will culminate in the staging of a mini production for friends and family. There will be a break for lunch, please plan to bring your own snack and lunch.
