Enrich your student’s art experiences with The Fairmount Center’s Homeschool Program

The Fairmount Center is happy to offer homeschool programs geared specifically towards families that homeschool their children, fostering a love of arts and creativity while also building social connections. The program provides a developmentally appropriate curriculum in arts education including dance, theatre, and music facilitated by professional arts faculty.
Thank you to everyone who made this school year an awesome one for our homeschool students and families!
Our Homeschool program will re-open for registration for our Fall ’23 session on June 26th. Stay tuned for our schedule release!

Create and connect with other homeschoolers! In Community connections, students explore a topic or story through visual art, dance, and music. Past topics have been ocean/water and Peter and the Wolf. Each session, topics and projects are chosen and tailored to the student’s interest and level. Students are encouraged to show individual creative style and often contribute to the final choreography, music, and visual presentation. Often students work together collaboratively to help bring a story to life. Each day, students spend time in visual arts, dance, and music class along with lunch and recess time. Students must bring a lunch and water bottle.
Please note:
If you or your student may require special accommodations to participate in our classes, please contact Elizabeth Bolander, Executive Director, at execdir@fairmountcenter.org prior to registering. Thank you for your assistance!
