FAIRMOUNT DANCE COMPANY (FDC) Auditions

Saturday, 1/18, 10:30am-12:30pm, auditions are open to the community. FDC is ballet-focused, with inclusion of conditioning, Pilates, and yoga to complement the well-being of the dancer. FDC rehearse and perform additional works, both at Fairmount and throughout the community.

The Art of Women’s Wellness Workshop

A morning just for YOU! Begin the day with yoga led by Ms. Darlene Kelbach who will incorporate meditation, breathing exercises, and a variety yoga poses suited for all levels. Next, during a light snack, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about (and purchase if interested) Essential Oils from Ms. Dani Musat. Finally, we will conclude with an arts exploration by Ms. Sandi Fink exploring the art of Zentangle. All supplies and refreshments are included. Dress for movement, bring a yoga mat and a friend!
