Spanish dance is based on classical, folk and flamenco style with emphasis on castaneting, heelwork, traditional movement and style. Advanced levels include development of choreography and improvisation.

The Fairmount Spanish Dancers have been in existence for over 30 years.  Libby Lubinger, a long time faculty at Fairmount directs the program.

If you feel like clicking your heals, snapping your castanets, and just breaking loose for a night - why not give us a try? You'll find you like it!  Ole!!

SPANISH DANCE III & IV (with guitarist)
SPANISH DANCE II (with guitarist)

Dress: leotard, skirt, shoes with 2" heels, castanets. Men: loose pants, T-shirt, boot or heeled shoes and castanets. Tennis shoes for all students.
