  PRE BALLET/TAP 
(4-5yrs) Thurs 2:00-3:00 Melissa Gruca
Pre Ballet/Tap is for those students who have had a year of Kinderdance and are ready for the next step. An understanding of ballet and tap vocabulary will be learned while working on coordination, rhythm, and creative movement skills.

BALLET/TAP I

(5-6yrs) Tue 2:00-3:15 Melissa Gruca
(5-6yrs) Thurs 5:00-6:00 Tennille Craig
Ballet/Tap I is for the active dancer who has completed a year or more of Kinderdance or Pre Ballet/Tap. Students will continue their progress in ballet and tap movements while working at the barre and through center combinations.

BALLET/TAP/JAZZ II
(6-8yrs) Wed 2:00-3:45 Tennille Craig
Students will continue to learn ballet vocabulary through barre, center, and across the floor combinations. Rhythm and musicality will be stressed. Tap class will consist of double time tap steps, learning Maxifords, and Buffalo Steps. Jazz class will focus on basic warm-up, and basic jazz style progressions
incorporating leaps and jumps. IN ORDER TO ATTEND TAP/JAZZ II STUDENTS MUST ATTEND BALLET II CLASSES.

BALLET/JAZZ III
(8-10yrs) Tue 3:30-5:15 Melissa Gruca
Students are required to attend two ballet classes per week. Students will continue their progression of ballet. Alignment, vocabulary, and musicality will be stressed. Jazz Class will consist of a structured warm-up including standing and fl oor stretches, sit ups and push ups; jazz style progressions
including battements, pirouettes, fan kicks, leaps and jumps.
Combinations will be done in class studying different styles of jazz including hip-hop, musical theatre and traditional jazz combos. IN ORDER TO ATTEND JAZZ III, STUDENTS MUST ATTEND BALLET III CLASSES.

BALLET/TAP III
(8-10yrs) Wed 4:00-5:30 Tennille Craig
Students are required to attend two ballet classes per week. Students will continue their progression of ballet. Alignment, vocabulary, and musicality will be stressed. Tap class will consist of rolling shuffl es, pull backs, time steps, and preparations for wings. IN ORDER TO ATTEND TAP III,
STUDENTS MUST ATTEND BALLET III CLASSES.

BALLET IV/V
(12-18yrs) Tue & Thurs 3:00-4:30 Craig/Gruca
Students are required to attend two ballet classes per week. Ballet class will consist of barre, center, turn and jump combinations. Placement, vocabulary, fl exibility, and musicality will be stressed.

TAP IV/V
(12-18yrs) Tue 5:30-6:30 Tennille Craig
Students will work on double pull backs, double and triple time steps, and wings. IN ORDER TO ATTEND TAP IV/V STUDENTS MUST ATTEND BALLET IV/V CLASSES.

JAZZ IV/V
(12-18yrs) Thurs 4:30-5:45 Melissa Gruca
Class will consist of a structured warm-up including standing and fl oor stretches, battements, abdominal work, and push ups. Center work will include multiple turn progressions, axle turns, and stag jump combinations. Various styles of jazz technique will be studied through combinations. Styles include musical theatre, hip hop, and classical jazz technique. IN ORDER TO
ATTEND JAZZ IV/V STUDENTS MUST ATTEND BALLET IV/V CLASSES.
