Fairmount School of Music strives to create a positive environment where students learn to access their abilities as individual musicians and as members of a constructive, creative community. We believe that all children are musical and will enjoy a lifetime of making music if given a nurturing environment. Our faculty are hand-selected for their ability to nurture their students' talent and abilities.
Fairmount School of Music offers music classes for all ages: preschool through adult. Lessons are offered at Fairmount Center and the Federated Church in Chagrin Falls. Recitals are scheduled throughout the year and although students are encouraged to perform, participation is not mandatory. All recitals are free and open to the public to observe.
