The Mayfield Village Performing Arts Center resides on the first floor and garden level of the Mayfield Village Civic Center - at the corner of Rt 91 (SOM Center Road) and Wilson Mills Road.  It is easily accessible by Rt. 271 and there is plenty of parking.  See the Map below:
